Just picked up my fourth Volvo and it was another exceptional experience at Volvo Villa. A huge part of that was thanks to Boris Goldstein. Boris is professional, knowledgeable, and patient. He made the process seamless. Roy, the delivery specialist, is also amazing. He takes the time to walk you through every feature of the vehicle and explained the technology in a way that was clear, thorough, and easy to understand. I couldn’t be happier with my new car. 5 stars for the premium, stress-free buying experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Volvo Cars Villa, they were knowledgeable, expedient, courteous answered all my questions. IT was a pleasure purchasing my New Volvo. Steve Jo was an excellent sales person to deal with and between purchase and delivery, he communicated very well, making sure that we both knew everything that was needed by both side, (me and dealership). This would be our first Volvo ever. The whole experience was amazing. Boris Goldstein was the sales rep who greeted us. He was very pleasant, professional but also made the whole experience easy. When we test drove the car he explained many of our questions about the features. It's nice to always deal with a sales person who is experienced and make it a great experience.
In addition, when we picked up the vehicle, the technology expert Roy Bakunin took us to the vehicle and explained every aspect of the functions and features. Honestly he knew his stuff very well and was able to explain it in a calm and and professional manner. Good job Volvo Villa đź‘Ť
