Volvo Villa made the whole experience genuinely amazing. From the start, they gave me clear, honest information about the XC40 and really made me feel welcomed as a new Volvo owner. My 2026 XC40 had to be ordered, but they stayed on top of everything and got it in much sooner than I expected, which was such a great surprise. When I went to pick it up, they walked me through every feature before I even drove off, and it was incredibly helpful, way beyond what I expected. I’m so happy with my purchase, and I will be a Volvo owner for life!
This would be our first Volvo ever. The whole experience was amazing. Boris Goldstein was the sales rep who greeted us. He was very pleasant, professional but also made the whole experience easy. When we test drove the car he explained many of our questions about the features. It's nice to always deal with a sales person who is experienced and make it a great experience.
In addition, when we picked up the vehicle, the technology expert Roy Bakunin took us to the vehicle and explained every aspect of the functions and features. Honestly he knew his stuff very well and was able to explain it in a calm and and professional manner. Good job Volvo Villa đź‘Ť

Steve Jo was an excellent sales person to deal with and between purchase and delivery, he communicated very well, making sure that we both knew everything that was needed by both side, (me and dealership).
