Great Service Means Happy Customers
This would be our first Volvo ever. The whole experience was amazing. Boris Goldstein was the sales rep who greeted us. He was very pleasant, professional but also made the whole experience easy. When we test drove the car he explained many of our questions about the features. It's nice to always deal with a sales person who is experienced and make it a great experience.
In addition, when we picked up the vehicle, the technology expert Roy Bakunin took us to the vehicle and explained every aspect of the functions and features. Honestly he knew his stuff very well and was able to explain it in a calm and and professional manner. Good job Volvo Villa 👍
Volvo Villa made the whole experience genuinely amazing. From the start, they gave me clear, honest information about the XC40 and really made me feel welcomed as a new Volvo owner. My 2026 XC40 had to be ordered, but they stayed on top of everything and got it in much sooner than I expected, which was such a great surprise. When I went to pick it up, they walked me through every feature before I even drove off, and it was incredibly helpful, way beyond what I expected. I’m so happy with my purchase, and I will be a Volvo owner for life!

I have been dealing with Volvo Villa for over 10 years and am now on my fourth Volvo. While my first two Volvo purchases were made at another dealership, I have always had my vehicles serviced at Volvo Villa. After my second purchase, I met Boris, and we stayed in touch over the years.
During my most recent purchase, Boris actually encouraged me to educate myself by visiting another Volvo dealership downtown. While the sales representative there was professional and helpful, my experience with the general manager was disappointing. He greeted me and agreed to have my car washed while I waited, but instead of following through, he handed the keys to the sales rep and had him do it. I felt this was disrespectful—not only to me as a customer, but also to the sales representative who was then expected to close the deal under those circumstances. At that moment, I knew it was time to leave.
