He greeted me and agreed to have my car washed while I waited, but instead of following through, he handed the keys to the sales rep and had him do it. I felt this was disrespectful—not only to me as a customer, but also to the sales representative who was then expected to close the deal under those circumstances. At that moment, I knew it was time to leave.
